Ashley Bracken

Ashley Bracken

Ashley moved to Dallas, Texas less than 10 years ago from Stillwater, Oklahoma, after attending school, participating in competitive cheer, and studying business domestically and abroad. She is a devout Cowboys fan (from Stillwater, OK) and manages all aspects of our office and practice, including answering inquiries from our clients.

Heather Haynes

Heather Haynes

Heather Haynes has been employed by The Rogers Law Firm as a paralegal since 2008. She obtained her Certificate of Paralegal Studies in 2001.

Mrs. Haynes has also been certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Civil Trial Law since 2012. She is a member of the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas and National Association of Legal Assistants.
Candace Lewis

Candace Lewis

Candace Lewis has been employed by The Rogers Law Firm as a paralegal since 2003. Mrs. Lewis completed her Certificate of Paralegal Studies in 1991 and obtained her associate's degree in 1996.

Mrs. Lewis has been certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Family Law since 2002 and is a member of the Texas Bar College and the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas.
Bethany Gillis

Bethany Gillis

Bethany Gillis has been employed by The Rogers Law Firm as a legal assistant since 2018. She has over 4 years of experience working for law firms in various capacities.

Ms. Gillis currently coordinates occupational driver’s license applications, motions for early release from probation, and small claims litigation.
